amazing experience at a stylish hotel

professional staffrooftop loungeinadequate curtains

The hotel was swanky! the staff was very professional and always ready to help. i found a box of chocolates and a pendant upon entering my room, such a nice touch. i enjoyed turkish wine at the rooftop lounge. The view of the hagia sophia at night was amazing!!!

The curtains in my room did not fully block out the light. this made it difficult to sleep well after sunrise. It's something i hope they address soon.

the room was clean, well-sized, and included an accommodating bathroom with all necessary amenities. the patterned ceilings and parquet floors added to the historical charm. the marble bathroom featured a rainfall shower, a good touch.

The staff was helpful. They promptly replenished my nespresso capsules upon request. they also helped with taxi arrangements and restaurant reservations. the front desk facilitated an early check-in and offered a café latte.
